WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you purchased any Courts product, you have 14 days to arrange a return for refund, exchange or store credit.
To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:
1. Be returned within 14 days of your delivery date
2. Be uncustomized - meaning that any product that has been customized with your initials are ineligible for refunds/exchanges
3. Be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
4. Be returned with original tags and packaging
*If you apply for store credit, you will receive an extra 10% credit of value for the items you return.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
I’m a return policy section. I’m a great place to let your customers know what to do in case they’ve changed their mind about their purchase, or if they’re dissatisfied with a product. Having a straightforward refund or exchange policy is a great way to build trust and reassure your customers that they can buy with confidence.
Regarding the exchange defective items - Buyer will need to bear the shipping charges for returning the defective item to us and also the redelivery charges for new exchange item. We will sent out the parcel once products & payment received. All items mailed back must with receipt.
